I just mean that during the event I was human and I lost all my senses. I'm a dhampir normally.

There's moroi, who are full blood vampires. Strigoi are vampires that are nearly impossible to kill. it's possible, but difficult. They're your typical stereotype of a vampire.

What makes the strigoi different from the moroi?

A strigoi is white pale and cannot go out in the sun. They enjoy the thrill of killing people. They also lose the element they specialized in if they were a moroi before. They're a lot faster and stronger, even to us dhampir. A newborn can cause extensive damage alone. That's not counting someone who's been a strigoi for years. They do a lot more damage. They're nearly impossible to kill. If you hesitate around a strigoi, chances are you're dead.

A moroi, however, is usually royal, but not all of them are. They specialize in an element when they're about 14-16 years old. They can go in the sun, but they'll feel very uncomfortable over time. They do need blood, but they don't kill. Us dhampirs protect moroi from strigoi.

I appreciate you giving me this information, and I apologize for asking so much. It was probably rude of me to press you on the subject. I simply find myself interested in the subject since the...event. Are moroi born how they are?

It's fine. I've told Minato about it, too. It's not really a secret here, to be honest. Yeah, moroi and dhampir are born. Only strigoi are made. Moroi have to have both moroi parents, though. If it's a moroi - dhampir pair, you'll just end up with a dhampir.
